Can u remove the cooldown for x rage skill (ATS skill)

Because its so hard to lvl using the tornado jav it damages few enemies >.<

If u can't aim indeed it will be hard... Atalanta = Archer = mobbing = fast exp...

Which means u need storm javelin only... perhaps ice javelin to increase damage but thats it.

Storm javelin = perforation = fast exp..

Need to say more?

Storn javelin is so much different with perforation if u try to see the mobs affected w/ the storm than of a perforation, Storm jav hits less mobs than of perforation. . .

So i was just thinking if removing the delay of x rage can be possible. . . .

But nvm. . .i dun play my ats anymore. .. .
